Terms of delivery and charges
We deliver all across Finland and European Union using Finnish post. Delivery chargers include all packing costs and VAT (24%). Depending on the size of the order, delivery charges are 19.90e. Please note that parcels are kept in the post for 7 days.
Most of the time delivery time is around 7 working days. In case of any delays we will contact all customers via email or a phone call.
Return policy
It’s very important to us that you are happy with all your orders. With Lindentex shopping is always safe and all our customers have a legal right to return their order within 14 days from purchase. If the product does not meet customer expectations, the product can be returned unused in the same condition it was received. Product can be returned within 14 days after giving us a return notice. You can leave the return notice via email info@lindentex.fi or by phoning us 0400225529. Please leave us a message with following information.
We will need the following information when sending us a return notice:
– Name and address
– Information about product(s) you would like to return
– Bank account number (IBAN)
Take all the items you would like to return to the Post and let them know it is a customer return. Returns address Jamsankoskentie 5, 42440 Koskenpaa.
Always leave your name and address with returns. Please pack all the items with care so they won’t get damaged during the transport. Please remember to keep the receipt from the returns as a document. After we have received all the items and checked them through we will refund your purchase via Checkout payment method within 4 days to the same bank account that was used when purchasing.
Please note that if you fail to pick up the item(S) from the carrier they won’t equal to our return policy and are subject to a processing cost of 8e.
